International shipments are unable to be rerouted, if an attempt is made to reroute the shipment or to pick up the package directly from the EMS terminal, the package will immediately be shipped back to Portwikk Copr. and a credit for only the equipment purchased will be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, and we will not accept returns for the custom-built items. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments. New, unused products returned after the 14-day trial period but within 30 days will be charged a 10 percent restocking fee. Any product purchased in new condition that has been used or taken out of its original packaging will be charged a 25 percent restocking fee, regardless of the time frame in which it is returned.
